Tenia Fetters
Community Service Chair
Tenia Fetters, MBA, is a multifaceted financial professional with a passion for service and advocacy. With seven years of experience, she specializes in treasury, financial planning and analysis. She currently works for CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Government Affairs division.
She is a committed volunteer in her workplace serving as the Co-Chairwoman of the Black Professionals Network (BPN) Associate Resource Group (ARG), and is a member of the Communications Committee on the Women's Impact Network (WIN) ARG. Additionally, Tenia participates in local Baltimore community organization outreach efforts with local non-profits, company fundraisers, and also works with youth in the local school system during the academic school year.
Tenia holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Coppin State University, where she served as the Student Government Association's Business Manager, a member of the University Systems of Maryland Student Council (USMSC), and chaired the student union's Finance Committee. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Maryland Global Campus.
