Yolanda Pitts-Johnson

Yolanda Pitts-Johnson is a Business Development Manager at Gilchrist for 15 years. She is responsible for outreach, marketing, and education on palliative and end-of-life care to the community. Yolanda primarily educates physicians, nurses, social workers, health systems, and residential care communities on hospice eligibility and difficult conversations. She has 30 years of health care experience in project management, credentialing, contracting, and education.
Yolanda graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a concentration in Social Sciences from the College of New Rochelle in New York City and a Master of Science in Healthcare Management with a concentration in Quality Management and Patient Safety from Stevenson University. She is a member of the Upsilon Phi Delta Society and is currently active with the Diversity and Education committee at GBMC.
