    Submit an Announcement

    NAHSE Baltimore’s leadership team and members may submit announcements for events and activities. These notices will be accessible within our email blasts and published on NAHSE Baltimore’s social media sites. This email, which is sent to members on the list serv, will feature selected news and information. Decisions about the announcements highlighted in the email and on social media are made by NAHSE Baltimore’s leadership team based on relevance to the organization’s mission and initiatives.

    Please submit your announcement on the form below at least three business days prior to your requested publish start date, but no more than 60 days prior to the event date. If the notice must be deleted or changed prior to your selected end date, please email a request to nahsebaltimore@gmail.com.

    You are responsible for the content and should refer to this sample content guide if you need help with social media postings.

    Please review this request to ensure that the content you submit is accurate and complete. Announcements can be copy edited if needed, but keep these tips in mind as the copy is drafted:
    ​
    • Include as much information as possible.
    • Provide a media kit for all speakers/panelists. At a minimum, the bio and head shot should be provided if a media kit is not available.
    • DOUBLE CHECK all dates, times, email addresses, URLs and phone numbers.
    • DOUBLE CHECK spelling and grammar.
    • Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
    • Do not include any formatting (bold, underlining, color, caps, etc.).
    • Be clear and concise.

    Note the NAHSE Baltimore Committee submitting the announcement or sponsoring the event
    If your announcement is not an event, do not fill out the date
    Include all details including the building and room number
    Note the cost or if the event is free
    Select the best category under which your announcement should be posted. If none, select miscellaneous
    Select the NAHSE strategic priority/priorities that this announcement relates to.
    Provide details or a clear explanation of the event. Highlight NAHSE Baltimore's involvement if it is not clear. Upload Word document below if more space is needed
